The registration fee for pre-registered delegates includes:
• Attendance to all sessions and entry to the exhibition hall
• Meeting material
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and lunch
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception (to be selected when registering)

Registration does not include the conference dinner.
Tickets can be purchased for a fee of £65 per delegate and £65 per guest (maximum of 1 guest per delegate) at time of registration, subject to availability.

Please note that accommodation is not included in the registration fee.

Terms and Conditions of Registration
Before you proceed with registration, please read the following terms and conditions carefully: Notification of cancellations should be made by email.. If you do not send an email confirming that you wish to cancel your place at the conference you will still be liable to pay the fees. Substitutions can be made at any time.

Cancellation – Registration
• Up to and including 1st April 2016 the registration fee will be refunded less £20 administration fee
• After 1st April and before 29th April, a 50% refund on registration fee will be made, less £20 administration fee
• After 29th April – No refunds on registration fees will be made
• No shows will not be refunded

Cancellation – Accommodation
• Before 28th March – Full Refund
• After 28th March before 4th April – 50% Refund
• After 4th April – No refund

Payment of Registration Fees:
Full payment must be made by credit card at the time of registering
Accepted credit cards: VISA, MasterCard and VISA Debit card
Not accepted: American Express, Switch, Solo or Maestro cards

We also accept invoice payments via bank account, cheque or credit card and we would ask that everyone MUST have paid in full prior to the conference.

Accommodation has been reserved at special conference rates in a variety of accommodation providers in Glasgow ranging from 3 star to 5 star hotels, apartments and hostels.
